Comparative analysis of parameters affecting micro-forming process

This review paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the various factors affecting micro-forming and parameters involved in manufacturing micro-parts. To ensure minimal wear tear error-free products, it is important to optimize both process framework. The aims highlight importance metal technology designing highly precise micro metallic devices, biodegradable implants, micro-pumps, gears. Through this paper, readers can gain better understanding micro-forming, variables that influence deep drawing, affect drawing technology. Optimizing crucial for success lead improved product quality, increased production efficiency, cost reduction, robustness, material properties. specifically discusses significance such as blank holder force size effects on play an role optimizing process.
